Working with Smith of Honingham to redevelop early 1960's prefab local authority garages into stunning flats for Broadland Housing.

 GPS Construction delivered the full groundworks package for this residential development in Norwich. Our works included private foul and surface water drainage systems, attenuation tanks, utility installations, foundation construction, structural blockwork and beam and block flooring, providing a complete platform ready for the superstructure.

External works also formed a key part of the project, including permeable paving, communal footpaths, landscaped garden areas and associated hardstanding. By coordinating every stage of the groundworks package, we ensured the project progressed efficiently while maintaining the high standards of quality, safety and workmanship expected across all GPS Construction projects.
