 Working alongside Smith of Honingham to bring to life a brand-new development of 19 houses in the village of Northrepps for Broadland Housing. GPS Construction delivered a comprehensive groundworks package from initial site preparation through to infrastructure and external works. 

Our scope included bulk earthworks, reinforced concrete foundations, private and adoptable foul and surface water drainage, below-ground utilities, structural blockwork, and beam-and-block flooring, providing a complete platform for the residential development.

By delivering every stage of the groundworks package in close collaboration with the client and wider project team, we helped ensure the development progressed safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected by Broadland Housing.
